Why wouldn't I go directly to one of them?
mba knows you like choice and we can compare between the various products on offer and choose exactly the right one for your circumstances.  We will also provide personalised ongoing advice and support as your circumstances change.

What does mba charge?
Our consultations are FREE!  You do not pay mba directly.  mba is paid a commission from the superannuation and insurance companies that you have chosen.

Are mba staff qualified to answer all questions concerning my finances?
Yes.  Not only do we have the higher education and expertise to assist you, we are also backed up by our hands-on experience in planning, investments, superannuation and personal risk insurance, and our great relationships with most banks, superannuation, investment and insurance providers.

I have superannuation in many different accounts - can mba fix this?
Yes.  If you have super in several accounts, we can consolidate all these into one account so you know exactly where your money is.

I can't afford any extra for insurance.
We can tell you how to offset your insurance against your superannuation so there is little, if any, impact on your take-home pay.  We will also find out whether you are eligible for any tax benefits or Government payments such as the Super Co-contribution.

If I attend an mba one-on-one meeting, am I obligated to go ahead?
No.  We're all about choice.  We will give you all the options however it is solely your decision at the end with no pushy salesperson.

I hate paperwork and loads of questions.
mba understands it can sometimes be a hassle filling out forms.  Therefore we will do everything at your convenience in your home or workplace, and it is our priority to make any application, or transfer from an existing institution, as painless as possible.
